Been a while since I last blogged;D Life's been getting better (at least I hope so). I realized that it is possible to make friends with different sorts of people, I just have to adjust my personal wavelength. Looking back, I've been a total brat last year. Well, that's what the new year is for:) Inviting new people into your life and maintaining old friendships.

Well anyway, today I went over to HCI for an NCO meeting regarding the Mock Competition for my juniors. I must say that they definitely upped the bar this year (at least HQ did) so our juniors really need to put in alot of work or else they WILL fail. Well, mock comps are all about gaining exposure and experience so I think that they should do their best and take the whole thing with a positive attitude. It would do them good if they take it as a learning opportunity instead of something negative, eg a confirm-scold session. Well, anyway I met some new people today fro HCI SJAB. They were quite interesting and hospitable. I really enjoyed the briefing and the lunch at the pool side cafe (tons better than our good ol' school canteen).

Anyways, I had an awesome time at church tonight. I got really emotional at a certain point in time but my heart feels so much lighter now. Maybe it's God's power doing its work. I really need a self-confidence boost. Fellowship was fun and dinner was good=D I really missed my plain old cheeseburger;D Overall it was a good day and I really look forward to the coming week;D My China buddy is finally coming over!!! Can't wait to meet her and introduce her to the different lifestyle in Singapore. Anyway it's late so I'll be going now;P BYE
